Who is responsible for the damaged grass throughout the neighborhood? Do we need to replace our grass in front of our units? If so, either the sprinklers aren’t working or the company that’s spraying for bugs and fertilizer is doing a horrible job. |

Are there any plans to add additional parking spaces in the community? Some homes have up to 5 cars and take up majority of parking spots, leaving others with nowhere to park. I'v lived here almost 5 years and the problem seems to be increasing.
The other thought would be to designate parking spots for specific homes and then have an overflow parking area for guests. |
