2014 Cabana Project

May 4 2014. The Cabana Project has begun with removal of former tennis court blacktop.

May 23 - Cabana deck leveled and re-surfaced

May 23 - Expansion of pool deck, lagoon (west) side

May 23 - Gate ramp enlarged

June 4. Project stalled. Building department issued stop work order due to various design concerns. The GC and Board are addressing.

August 15  Project Advances. Sod laid.  Irrigation installed. Fence continued.

August 15  Project Advances. Fence continued at entry.


September 6 Entrance ramp removed. Awaiting extended new ramp with handrails.
