	March Petition to alter Waste Collection Click title to see entire story I've been working with Westshore residents to change the trash pick-up times at Christian Help to a more reasonable hour.    Progressive Waste Solutions (PWS) typically picks up between 4 - 5 am, disturbing our residents in proximity. I created a petition and collected signatures.  Additional signatures were collected by another Westshore resident.  The petition with close to 20 resident signatures will be mailed to PWS during the first week of March.
